Welcome to LLBean and Camp Sunshine Pumpkin Festival in Freeport, Maine
Its always exciting to go to Maine and visist LLBean, especially this time of season where the changing seasons and autium leaves show the beautiful colors in front of LLBean where Camp Sunshine has setup hundreds of pumpkins. Over 25,000 festival-goers, 250 volunteers, and the more than 40 Camp Sunshine families that were in attendance.
The panorama shows only part of the day-long, festive family event, where they had great music, delicious food, kid’s activities, Pumpkin Pete’s costume parade, corporate carving challenge, whoopie pie eating contest, and a “pumpkins-on-wheels” derby. That was pretty cool. (Smile)
The photographer Michael Kintner owner of AmazingAerialPhotos.com took over 490 photos that were stitched into two panoramic views in front of the LLBean’s center on Main Street. Mr. Kintner had worked in Maine from 1985 through to 1993 and frequents Maine on numerious occasions throughout the year to visit friends and colleagues. “Its an amazing state, with great people an awesome sites to see”, says Mr. Kintner. May you enjoy the aerial panorama. (Smile)
