Cardinal Direction Photography: Aerial shots from 200 and 300 feet elevation, capturing the North, South, East, and West perspectives of your lot. Each direction will be photographed in at least 10 high-resolution images, ensuring every angle is covered.
Top-Down Views: Detailed top-down shots at both 200 and 300 feet, providing a clear overview of the property layout and boundaries.
Horizon Perspective Shots: Images with the property in the foreground, showcasing the horizon in each cardinal direction to give context and scale.
3D Mapping: Advanced 3D mapping of the entire lot, offering a comprehensive view of the terrain and structures, which is essential for accurate valuation and planning.
Progress Documentation: Daily video recordings of the site grading process over a multi-day period, capturing the transformation of the property with both ground and aerial footage.
Professional Video Editing: Compilation of the footage into a polished video, complete with sound design, to present to investors and stakeholders. The final video will be delivered in MP4 or Quicktime format, according to your preference.
Secure Delivery: All raw content will be shot in high definition and delivered securely via Dropbox or Google Drive, ensuring easy access and distribution.
